The space The corner unit condo is located in the beautiful and historic Knickerbocker hotel with a stunning lake view. Newly and thoughtfully furnished, we endeavor to offer comfort as well as convenience. -King bed and ample closet space -Additional air mattress, pillows, and linens -Fully supplied kitchen and dining table for home cooking -Cozy seating for sipping coffee or tea -Full bath with toiletries provided -WiFi and Frame Smart TV with all streaming services downloaded for you to log into Guest access Guests have full access to the condo. Keys will be provided at front desk upon arrival. Guests also have access to the Knickerbocker gym and basement laundry room. -Book a quick appointment or relax the whole day at the Knick Salon and Spa located on site. The Knick offers a variety of services at affordable rates including hair services, spa treatments, facials, manicures, pedicures and more! -The Knick also boasts a popular restaurant located conveniently on the first floor that offers contemporary American cuisine with a big city feel. The heated patio is a favorite spot for brunch and a trendy bar serves excellent specialty drinks and cocktails. Other things to note 1. Free street parking is available. Please read and abide by street signs carefully! Most surrounding streets are 2-hour parking from 7am to 7pm on Monday-Saturday (Sunday has no limit). Many full-day parking streets can be found a few blocks to the North. Parking in the hotel lot is not available. 2. STREET PARKING OVERNIGHT for short term stays is free of charge for 3 nights in a 30-day period by registering your vehicle with the City of Milwaukee online. 3. If overnight parking for stays longer than three days, we recommend a temporary parking permit ($20 per 4-months or $55 per year). 4. SpotHero or SpotAngels websites can be used to find one of many paid parking options nearby. 5. We are happy to provide details available upon request! 6. *** Pets are not allowed ***. Per our condo association board: No emotional support animals are allowed. We ask that you please notify us if you will be bringing a service animal. Thank you! 7. Rules/Regulations: SUBLETTING AND ASSIGNMENT. Tenant cannot sublet or assign the demised premises or any part thereof without the prior written consent of the Board of Directors of the Knickerbocker on the Lake Condominium Association. COMPLIANCE WITH CONDOMINIUM RULES AND REGULATIONS. As provided in Wis. Stat. § 703.315(2), Tenant must abide by the Restated Declaration, Bylaws, Restated Articles and any rules and regulations of the Knickerbocker on the Lake Condominium Association in effect from time-to-time and this Lease is subject and subordinate to the same. ENFORCEMENT BY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION. Any default arising out of the tenant’s failure to abide by the Restated Declaration, Bylaws, Restated Articles and rules and regulations of the condominium in effect from time to time shall be enforceable by the Knickerbocker on the Lake Condominium Association or its designee as a third-party beneficiary to this Lease and the Association shall have, in addition to all rights and remedies provided under the Restated Declaration, Bylaws, Restated Articles and any such rules and regulations, the right to terminate such lease and/or evict the tenant should any such violation continue for a period of ten (10) days following delivery of written notice to the tenant specifying the violation. RESIDENTIAL USE. You may use the condo for residential purposes only. You shall not use the condo for any purpose that will injure the reputation or insurance coverage of the building or its owners. DOMESTIC ABUSE. SEX OFFENDER NOTICE. SEVERABILITY. If any provision of these conditions are held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
