A comfy room in an art-filled spacious townhouse with a backyard, situated on a cozy block in Brooklyn. The light filled bedroom is on the 2nd floor ONLY with a skylight operated by a remote control. The private bathroom with a shower is across from the room. We treat our guests as our own. The guests have been happy and slept well in the room. Our home is not for smokers and night owls. We are 25 min of car ride from both airports. Easy public transport from JFK. 20 min subway to Wall Street. The space Our home is a 3-level spacious brick townhouse. The room is on the second floor reached by a staircase with a shaded skylight window. If view is important and you are sensitive to the daylight in the early morning, this might not be the right choice. Guest access You will enter from the antique blue door and then the staircase to the 2nd floor. We work at home in the designated area. The guest is welcome to use the kitchen for breakfast. When the weather is nice, please enjoy the deck and garden at any time. During your stay As all New Yorkers are used to multi tasking, my husband and I both work from home in our own designated space. We are happy to help, and only when you ask. We offer you water and snacks in the welcome tray with house keys. You are welcome to refill the water or make organic coffee or teas in the kitchen. Other things to note We are early risers, the quiet hour is from 10 pm. We are not able to host the guests coming home past midnight. There are organic tea coffee, fruit, and yogurt for your enjoyment. No need to hand wash the breakfast dishes, you may leave them in the sink or dishwasher. We like to take care of our guests and treat you as our own. We have shared our home with many kind and courteous travelers. It has been a wonderful experiences to connect with many.
