Parkside - Spacious Central Family Retreat

Staying at "Parkside", you will enjoy the best of Ballarat's outdoor recreation, being located less than 200 metres from Lake Wendouree, as well as our spacious Victoria Park across the road. Guests will have access to the rear yard, which allows for multiple vehicles (including trailers or caravans), and is surrounded by a high fence with an access gate, securing your vehicles during your stay. Pet friendly for the following: Dogs - Indoor/outdoor (maximum 2) Cats - Indoor only (maximum 2) The space This inter-war era property is set up to allow up to 8 guests, across 4 bedrooms which include: Bedroom 1: One king bed - can be split into 2 single beds Bedroom 2: One king bed - can be split into 2 single beds Bedroom 3: One single bed and a floor mattress under single bed Bedroom 4: One single bed and a trundle under single bed Guest access The property is yours to enjoy in it's entirety. Other things to note To help your fury friend feel welcome, we'll provide the following: - Pet blankets to cover any couches/ bedding they might be sitting on - 2 x large stainless steel pet bowls - 2 x large memory foam pet beds - A few tennis balls and basic dog toys - Microfibre pet towel - Pet clean up bags - Pet wipes (fragrance free) - Pet deodoriser spray for your dogs coat & bedding
