Talihina Scenic Trail nearby. Honobia, Home of Bigfoot, is 16 miles. This is built to be exactly what we would want and expect if traveling to a getaway. Other things to note This is a wilderness area. So plan accordingly. Cell phone may not work…Walmart is 75 miles away. Starbucks is even further! Pushmataha County is the 6th largest land mass county in OK at over 1,400 sq miles and has a population of less than 11,000 people. That’s like 7 people per square mile. Compare that to 4,000 people per sq mile in the city.
