This is 1 of 2 nearly identical homes we host within the same condominium complex. Sorry, no pets ! 🙏🏻 The space Located in Salcedo Village, this cozy condominium is perfect for both short visisys and long-term stays. This 37 sqm condo with a little balcony boasts of a 43-inch TV, a refrigerator, a washing machine, and a full dryer. You will enjoy cooking your meals in our fully equipped kitchen - pots, pans, a rice cooker and a toaster. (You can buy any essentials/ingredients at the store below) The area is full of lovely coffee shops, hole in the wall restaurants, and bars. The weekend Salcedo market is a few steps away, and it's a 15-minute walk to Greenbelt. Guest access As a guest, you will have access to the gym and the swimming pool (which is closed on Mondays for cleaning) Other things to note Building administration requires us to share a copy of a valid identification. We do require guests to share this on the Airbnb App within 24 hours of your reservation to enable us to complete the registration process with building administration.
