We are architect-designers who fell in love with this historic adobe ruin. In 2020, we restored it with local artisans to create a sanctuary that balances ancient soul with modern comfort. The space Designed around a traditional Oaxacan patio, the house celebrates indoor-outdoor harmony. Our signature kitchen and dining area is completely open to the elements, overlooking a garden of native flora. It is the ultimate spot for a slow morning coffee or the chef-prepared Oaxacan breakfast included with your stay. We believe travel should be restorative. Our three oversized bedrooms are designed as private retreats, each with a direct lockable door to the central patio. Thick, sound-insulating historic walls and premium linens ensure a deep, restful sleep. - The Guest Suite: Our most spacious room featuring soaring ceilings and powerful roof fans that work with the natural adobe to keep the air fresh. It includes a King bed and a cozy private sitting area. - The Master: A refined retreat with a California King bed, A/C, and a private ensuite bathroom featuring a soaking tub. - The Studio: A flexible, quiet space with a Queen bed, A/C for personalized climate control, and a dedicated desk for those working away from home. Follow the stairs to your private rooftop oasis. This split-level space offers two distinct ways to unwind: - The Terrace: A covered outdoor lounge designed for sunrise and sunset coffee/cocktails with sweeping city skyline views. - The Plunge: An unheated, architectural plunge pool and sun deck—the ideal spot for a quick, refreshing dip after a day of exploring the city.
