Built in sonos speakers in the living room and kitchen ceilings as well as in the master and one of the guest bedrooms let you play your favorite music throughout the entire house. Smart lighting allows you to control the living areas' lighting from your phone through the Lutron app. Kitchen & Dining Fully renovated kitchen with open shelf and direct view of the mountains has all your cookware needs as well as a coffee maker and Keurig. The marble dining table next to the kitchen seats 6. Sleeping Accommodations Master bedroom features a king-size bed and smart TV while each of the 2 guest bedrooms features a queen size bed. Larger guest bedroom also features a smart TV. Central HVAC unit controlled by Nest heats and cools the bedrooms and living areas. All bedrooms also feature sliding doors with direct access to the backyard. Outdoor Amenities A large in ground pool offers a refreshing dip followed by lounging in the sunlight on the 4 lounge chairs nearby or fun conversation at the patio furniture at the end of the pool while watching the sunset.
