The space The house is set on a spacious plot of nearly 1,000 m², with approximately 300 m² of built area, offering plenty of space, privacy, and a true connection with nature. It features two excellent bedrooms, including one suite, as well as a warm and inviting living area with TV, lounge, and dining spaces seamlessly integrated—perfect for gathering with family and friends. The charming and functional open-plan kitchen invites relaxed, easy moments together. There is also a social bathroom, laundry area, and a delightful gourmet space next to the pool, ideal for unwinding, enjoying sunny days, and creating special memories. The property includes a garage and a large landscaped yard with a wooden swing and a perfect spot to hang a hammock and relax to the sounds of nature.
