Private Access Guest Suite Central Location-Pool

Cozy Guest suite is located in a private gated community in a desirable Central Phoenix location perfect for business or weekend travelers. Quick, easy access to/from Sky Harbor Airport and close to great dining and sporting venues. Guest suite has a private keypad entry off of a courtyard and is locked off from the main home. There is no access to the main home permitted. The space Guest suite is 178 square feet and includes a private bathroom and private keypad access from the courtyard. A queen size bed with memory foam mattress is in the suite with a workspace and small dining area. A mini fridge, microwave and Keurig is setup for the convenience of refrigerating and warming items during your stay. Streaming and movie access is provided through HULU, Discovery+, Disney+ and ESPN+. No access to the main living space. Guest access The courtyard patio has seating and a tv to enjoy the outdoor space. A community pool is available for registered guests only, to swim or lounge. No parties or gatherings are permitted. The pool is available year-round although not heated so it might be a bit chilly in the winter months. Pool hours are 8am - 8pm. The laundry room is located across the courtyard. Please note that there is ample guest parking, but commercial vehicle and RV or trailer parking is not permitted. Other things to note Nash (beagle) is my furry son and is very sweet, gentle and mellow. However, he may let out a bark as you arrive or depart, or if he hears something in the backyard. He LOVES kids, but does not do well with other animals. For this reason I cannot accommodate pets. You also may hear the pitter patter of his paws. Bringing pets to the property will result in a $250 fee and cancellation of your stay. Please note that commercial vehicles and RV’s are not permitted. There is not available parking for these types of vehicles. We do not allow parties or events of any kind. We want you to enjoy your stay but if you plan to have guests over for any duration please ask beforehand. Additional guests not named on the reservation are not permitted. I also have another guest space accessible from the courtyard. The courtyard area is a shared area. This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c).
