The pricing is for single occupancy. Use 94890 for double occupancy. The space This is a short term house share with me and my 21 year old son, with only 1 guest staying at any time. We live in a 4 bedroom semi with a large kitchen/dining/living room, garden in a residential area. It is a light, airy, well equipped, room with flat screen television, twin beds, fitted wardrobe, shelves, comfortable chair. You can make yourself at home in the spacious lounge/kitchen with cable tv, kitchen, garden and use of wireless broadband and all facilities. You are welcome to use coffee, tea, milk, bread and cereals. If you would like to eat here in the evening, I can cook you a meal very cheaply and you can eat with me and my son if he is around or you can prepare your own providing you wash your dishes and clean the work surfaces when you have finished We have a microwave, washing machine and all cooking facilities and a small amount of kitchen storage. Near to shopping centre, theatres, bars and restaurants in Manchester city centre. Enjoy a break not far from the city in a quiet residential area. We have a couple of friendly, reasonably priced local pubs and restaurants, takeaways that deliver, local supermarkets, local health clubs, sports and pool. From the city, we are only 8 minutes, on trains that run every hour, 30 minutes on tram which is 10 minutes walk away and 30 minutes bus routes. 35 minutes drive airport. 5 minutes from motorway. We have a music room with piano, clarinet, cornet that you are welcome to play. Guest access Bedroom, Kitchen/lounge, garden, bathroom and toilet During your stay I am around frequently in the first few days and then as and when required as I sometimes work in the day. Other things to note Close to the Rochdale- Manchester Canal, 30 minutes to Manchester city centre and easy reach of the country side. There is a library, gym/pool, supermarkets and a community centre within 10 minutes.
