Due to certain behavior of some guests, a deposit of 30,000 is requested upon arrival of the host. The space It consists of a large, perfectly furnished living/dining room equipped with a latest-generation electric fireplace with remote control, an OLED screen with more than 8000 channels, free Netflix and Prime Video, a Nest Hub Max by G screen to listen to music, but also allows you to control the light bulbs and TV with your voice ("OK G"... "turn on the TV", "show me the garden camera") and to keep an eye on all the cameras in the house from the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances. The kitchen has a large central island and a back kitchen serving as a laundry room. The villa also includes 4 bedrooms with private bathroom and toilet (3 bedrooms and an outdoor bedroom for the caretaker). Our cook-housekeeper will be present every other day for the maintenance of the house and every day (except Sunday) if you wish from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. She will be able to prepare your meals (food shopping at your expense). She will take care of the cleaning and maintenance of the villa with kindness and efficiency. The services of the caretaker are included in the rental price. However, if you want the services of the housekeeper for the preparation of your meals and food shopping, you will have to see directly with her her availability and her additional remuneration (for her time spent in addition to your side) and her transport (in case of departure from the villa after 7 p.m.).
