There are family friendly restaurants in Pernera. Guest access The entire villa, garden and pool are for the guests use. Other things to note Due to the high cost of energy we have chosen to give every guest an allowance of 50 euros per stay towards the cost of electricity. This is included in the rental price. Any useage above this will be charged to the guest. This is to ensure that light air con users are not charged the same as heavy users. The electricity meter will be read at the start and end of your stay. Any useage above 50 euros will be charged to the guest.
