Outdoor pool and a movie theater for entertaining spacious living room, dining room. big patio with gazebo. 3 min, away from golf course and 5 min drive to Walmart and restaurants.. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. NO PETS ALLOWED. NO VISITORS ALLOWED. PLEASE READ ADDITIONAL RULES and NOTES WITHIN THIS POST. Guest access Hello, we hope you enjoy your stay please remember there are no parties allowed, no visitors, no pets and no smoking. If you leave the residence please make sure to turn off all appliances and water faucets. Other things to note The pool is not heated, The refrigerator ice maker and water dispenser are out of service but there is ice trays in the freezer. The dishwasher in the property is out of service. There is a jetted tub in the master bedroom that is out of service as well please DO NOT use, as you can tell there are not pictured in the property listing. The grill does not include the gas but it has a gas tank that you can fill. If you use the grill you need to clean it before departure, a $35 dlls cleaning fee will be requested if left dirty.
