A great high 9 ft.+ ceiling, cozy wraparound covered porch furnished with rocking chairs, bench, dining table with chairs, and lots outdoor sitting area. It has two cars covered garage at alley with fenced back yard for easy access to the house without walking on the stairs at front. Large living room with wood burning fireplace, beautiful formal dining room and fully equipped kitchen and two full bathrooms. Cleaning hardwood floors throughout. Master bedroom featured private bathroom, lots spacious closet space in the bedrooms. Bed and bath linens provided, smart TV with wifi in the living room and each bedroom, etc.This is a very nice, clean, and fully equipped-furnished house. A chance for at-home feel for the price of a hotel. Hotel like treatment: - Clean and comfortable bed sheets, pillows, duvets. All mattresses covered with high quality mattress pads. - Master bedroom featured king bed and smart TV, plus attached private full bathroom. - Three size towels, Everyone Soap for Everybody 3 in 1 soap, hair dryer, spa robes, etc provided. - Fully equipped kitchen including a refrigerator with ice maker, range stove oven, a dish washer, microwave, toaster, kettle, blender, 12 cups K cup coffee maker, 12 cups drip coffee maker, cookware, dinnerware, etc. - Living room equipped with a large 65" smart TV . Queen size pull out sofa bed that can turn into a separated sleeping space. - Wifi with premium speeds, central air and heat for entire house. -Washer and Dryer in the house for your convenience *Please note the Queen size air mattresses provided upon request before check in. We are allowing total guests of 10 if you bring your own sleeping bags and additional cleaning fee of $50 will apply for total guests of eight or more. This home is being rented as a three bedrooms two bathrooms all on one level home. There is a partially finished basement with extra storage space, washers, dryers, that are only an added bonus for your use if you so choose. It is not part of airbnb rental. Please do not review us on the downstairs basement space. Other things to note If historic homes/antiques, vintage art is not your thing, please stop right here. Please keep in mind it is an older house which might come with some old house smells, small creaks and what not, bathroom has original vintage bathtub and tiles like picture shows. We absolutely love living in our historic house, we strive to make each guest feel welcome and appreciated. The garage is located at back of the house in the alley . The height of the garage door is 76”, it won’t fit oversized vehicles, it will fit two regular size cars. Street parking is free at front of the house. There is not stairs inside of house. We don't normally use the front stairs and entrance for entering the house. There is a detached garage at back of the house in the alley that you can drive to and enter the house by the side entrance of the house that has only one or two step of stairs. Check in time is at 4PM and after. We won't be able to know the early check in availability prior to your check in day morning due to instant booking and you will be notified if it is available. $75 early check in fee will be requested for any early check in before 2PM. Please note that check out time is at 10 AM, prior approved late check out without additional fee is 11AM. Late checkout without prior approval from 10:15 AM-noon will incur a $75 penalty, noon-2PM will incur a full one night stay rate penalty. The water pressure at our entire street is low but it is not terrible to bother us. Parties and large group gathering over twelve people are not allowed, please contact us for more details. We do not provide cable for TV, but we do have smart TV that allow connection to websites like Youtube, Netflix, Hulu and Vimeo and social media sites. Smart TV and High speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to be part of airbnb agreement. No refund of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal preferences with regard to internet service and smart TV. We are not responsible for damage or loss to any personal items at our property. Unclaimed guests items will be donated to shelters or trashed within 24 hours after guests checked out. Guests take full responsibility for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises and its facilities. If you need your items to be mailed to you, postage and handling fee of $25 must be prepaid on airbnb, mailing address must be sent to us on airbnb. Please contact us for more details. Smoking is not allow inside of the house, smoking at porch with door closed will be ok. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged back for smoking inside any rooms. Occupationally we make exceptions to allow pets or visiting pets. $250/Pet non-refundable fee will be requested after reservation confirmed. Pets are NOT allow to get on the beds, furniture, sofa, etc., Pets must not roaming around without attendants. You are required to clean up after your pets. $500 fee plus the cost of damages will be charged if any violation of these terms found at property. **Reviews are not required for booking our property, however if you had any reviews that is under 4 stars, security deposit must be paid upfront within 24 hours after booking. Security deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after checked out if there is not claims or breaking our house rules. **PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE LISTING BEFORE YOU BOOK!
