Spacious and private apartment, almost 120 m2, close to the Gare du Midi and in an up-and-coming neighboorhood around the Forest Park. Fully renovated in 2019-2020. Perfect space for a weekend getaway, or working away from home. Very silent, as the apartment is not located directly on the street. Excellent wifi (min. 300 mbps). Parking available upon request in private garage. The space The apartment is composed of a large continous living space with two separate seating areas, a kitchen and a dining area. The bedroom is found at the back of the apartment, together with the bathroom and the toilet. There is also a terrace both in the front and in the back. Guest access The guest(s) will have access to the entire apartment with the exception of one room which will be locked. Some wardrobes and kitchen cabinets will be marked as "private", and we kindly ask the guests to respect this. Other things to note There are two security cameras facing the main entrance and the back entrance (from the terrace). The security cameras are NOT recording, and don't have this feature. If the alarm is triggered, the cameras will take still photos for a limited amount of time. However, during your stay - the alarm will not be on, so this should not happen.
