Room with a view of the Pontevedra estuary

Room located on a floor next to the Pontevedra estuary. Just a 10-minute walk to downtown. The room includes a private bathroom and use of common areas such as the living room, kitchen, and terrace. Easy access to the Combarro and Sanxenxo road as well as the highway to Vigo/Santiago. There is a free parking area around the building. The space The room features a double bed (135 cm) and a large closet. It is very bright even though it is an interior room. The bathroom is outside and is for your exclusive use. There you will find a hairdryer, shampoo, gel and other toiletries. Guest access The kitchen, living room, and terrace are the areas you can use. In the kitchen you have everything you need for cooking and also small appliances such as a microwave, kettle, coffee maker, blender, etc. Next to the kitchen is the patio where you will find a washer/dryer next to a clothesline. In the living room, you have the TV and also a variety of books. Finally, on the terrace, you have a table with a couple of chairs. During your stay We usually live in the apartment but due to our jobs there are several days a month that we are not there. If one of these days coincides, you'll have the apartment to yourselves.
