This holiday rental is located in Le Diamant, a dynamic town in the south of Martinique. At about 1.3 km from the beach, this holiday home for two people has an ideal setting for a romantic stay. The view of the sea is omnipresent whether you are sitting next to your plundge pool or waking up in bed! The space This holiday home is located on a private domain where another villa (for 6 persons) is situated. The gate is common to both properties, but it is the only thing you will share. The access to your plundge pool (3m * 3m) is private as well as your parking space. There is no vis à vis between the two rentals. This small independent villa is entirely new (rented in November 2022). This rental has been built in a studio style with a living space entirely open plan offering a clear view of the sea. The living room consists of a kitchen area, a lounge area and a sleeping area with a queen size bed. A separate bathroom with shower and toilet completes the interior layout. The villa is not suitable for children. Rental for people over 18 years of age only. Maximum capacity of two adults. Outside, you can enjoy : - the swimming pool area (plundge pool 3m*3m), two deckchairs and an outdoor shower, all with a view - a rooftop with a breathtaking view of the sea and the Diamond Rock In the vicinity : - Diamond beach at 1.3 kms - Le Diamant market at 1.3 km (local fruits and vegetables, spices, liquors...) - bakery at 1.3 kms - fish shop - several restaurants at about 1 km (pizzas, sandwich shop, creperie..) - morne larcher hike offering a superb view of the bay and the Diamant rock, 5 kms from the villa - memorial of the anse caffard at 4 kms from the villa - house of the convict at 4.3 kms from the villa - buggy quad and jet ski at about 5 kms - diving club at 3.4 km - beaches of anses d'arlet at 8.7 kms (where you can swim with the turtles, paddle, dive, go to the restaurant, do PMT...) Guest access The entire accommodation is reserved for you. The swimming pool is private and reserved for the tenants of villa EROS. Only the gate of the domain is common to both villas (villa EROS 2 persons and villa AGAPE 6 persons) Other things to note Another villa is located on the same estate.
