The space This booking includes one separate, private, locking bedroom w/common areas: living room, dining area, kitchenette, patio and yard that are shared w/ three other separate, private guest bedrooms. Your bathroom is shared with only one other guest room. There are a total of four private guest rooms and two bathrooms, including yours. Guests may use side yard to avoid steps and access entry. Whole unit is step free. Guest access The Common Areas 1. The living room area w/ tv, sofas, games, and music are shared. *** 2. The Main bathroom is shared between guests in Rooms 2 & 3. The Throne Room bathroom is shared with guests in room 1 & 4 . Please be aware of others. We've placed shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion in bathroom for everyone's use. Keep bathroom time to a minimum. Please leave door ajar when leaving bathroom so that a closed door indicates use by another guest. Hair, dressing and makeup may be done in your room. *** 3. The microwave oven, coffee maker, table & chairs are shared. Paper plates, cups, towels, plastic utensils, and baskets with coffee, etc. and snacks are furnished. This is not a kitchen. The intended use is to warm up, eat, and throw away. (no dishes or pans to wash). Your cabinet & drawer in kitchen area is marked with room #. Notice their is a common drawer & cabinet for everyone to use.*** 4. The patio and yard are shared. *** 5. The refrigerator is shared. Use this as desired as for the duration of your stay.
