All you need to bring is a swimsuit & toothbrush. Exciting updates include new furniture & bedding added in '25 as well as a beautifully renovated walk-in shower in '24. The space The space We decorated the unit for our family to enjoy, so it's a step-above the usual beach condo rental. Couches are plush and comfortable. Huge dining room table. New beds. 55" SmartTV in Living Room and TVs in both bedrooms. And we love to play games so you'll find Boggle, Uno, Yahtzee, backgammon, playing cards, cribbage and dominoes. We also have a library of books you can enjoy. Guest access You can access the entire unit. Drawers and closets are empty (except for assorted beach toys!). Charcoal grills are available downstairs in the northern part of the property with picnic tables by the beach. Other things to note Minimum age of Renter: 25 years old.
