A complete space, 100% equipped with high-end appliances and accessories, apartment 109 is a space that provides comfort for all guests, and is in a beautiful condominium with a swimming pool and barbecue area so that everyone can enjoy themselves in the happiest way possible! The space We are in a wonderful village condominium, where you and your family can enjoy sunny days poolside. The space is complete, 100% equipped and features: - 1 spacious en-suite with a king-size bed and 32" TV with ChromeCast; - 2 cozy bedrooms with a standard double bed; - 1 guest bathroom; - living room, kitchen, laundry area and balcony equipped and decorated. Our bed and bath linens are of excellent quality and we leave extra blankets at the disposal of customers if they feel cold in the air-conditioned rooms. Our welcome kit includes soap and shampoo for each guest. The kitchen is 100% equipped and functional, with the basics expected in any rental (even oil, salt, coffee, sugar, vinegar and dry spices), as well as the electric barbecue and AirFryer. The living room has a 50" TV with free Netflix and Youtube access for guests, who will have fast internet browsing via Wi-Fi and TV access through apps such as XCIPTV and CDNTV. Guest access The guest has full access to the apartment and the village structure, which features: - 2 parking spaces; - concierge from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.; - adult and children's pool; - gourmet area with barbecue (subject to availability); - bicycle rack; - patio/balcony with children's playground, in a beautiful green area. Other things to note Water and gas consumption is included in the rate. As for electricity, the consumption of 15kW/day is included, in which we ask that the energy clock be recorded at check-in and check-out, and in case of excess consumption we request payment via Pix under the amount of R$1.20 per kW/h.
