Only 1 mile from the 470, minutes from Wadsworth and Santa Fe--this location is convenient for almost anything in the Denver area! My family and I live in the main living space of the home, and we have two young children--so you'll be able to hear us during the day, but we quiet down quickly in the evening! To help with the noise, we'll always provide you with ear plugs, white noise machines in the bedrooms, a bottle of wine and a selection of local beers. The space is quaint, but has everything you need for a comfortable stay! There are two bedrooms each with a queen bed, desk & chair, hanging rack, and a dresser. Additionally, there are two bathrooms each with a shower. The kitchen features refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and full stove and is stocked with basic spices and oil, pots & pans, dinnerware, and more! The dining space seats up to four people. The living room comfortably seats 5 people with a full couch and two chairs (and you can always pull out the desk chairs for more seating, if needed!). Smart TV and decorative fireplace round out the space. Pack & Play for an infant/small child is available upon request. Guest access The basement apartment is a completely separate space from the rest of the house--and you'll have full access to it!
