It's not a villa! The terrace, swimming pool, parking and washing machine are shared. Guest access You have full access to all parts of your apartment and shared access to the pool and parking lot Other things to note This accommodation is equipped with everything you need for the kitchen (fridge, microwave, oven, blender), a hot water device, a washing machine to keep your clothes clean, air conditioning and ventilation for your comfort, a dining room and bar area for your catering so that you feel at home. We offer you 150 kWh of electricity per month in proportion to the days booked, which is normally sufficient for average use. However, if you want to use the air conditioning intensively, you will have to recharge at some point. This recharge is supported by you☺️. Don't panic!😅 If you are unfamiliar with this charging system, we will help you do it, it's very easy 🤗
