The space The villa is located at the top of the village of Saint Maurice d'Ardèche, ideally positioned for easy access to the tourist offer of the area, while taking full advantage of a deep and soothing calm. The walks from the house take less than 5 minutes to reach a fantastic viewpoint for sunrise and sunset. The 230m² house has 4000m² of land, a large garden, a large private swimming pool and multiple outdoor spaces designed to make the most of the sun and fresh air. As for the facilities: -Five bedrooms with king size beds for maximum comfort. Duvets, sheets and pillows provided. -Three bathrooms, including two baths and a classic shower. Towels provided. -A spacious, bright and very pleasant living room. -A large and fully equipped kitchen: oven, induction hob, Thermomix, coffee machine, fridge, freezer, toaster, crockery and cutlery. Guest access Access to the Villa is by car, there is a large car park at the entrance to the property. The keys are handed over on the spot and in person. Other things to note You can enjoy a rich and diversified tourist offer within a radius varying from 5 to 30 minutes by car from the villa. Many natural activities such as river, canoeing, canyoning, hiking, mountain biking, etc. are easily accessible. On a cultural level, many sumptuous sites are very close to the villa (Vogüé village at 10 minutes, Balazuc at 10 minutes, the Chauvet cave at 25 minutes, etc.).
