The kitchen with cabinets, microwave, blender, thermos, sandwich maker, glasses, cups, cutlery, plates, platters, pots, and various other utensils for preparing meals; 1 social bathroom with cabinet, brush holder, soap holder, diffuser and hot shower; 2 bedrooms, the main one with 1 queen-size bed, 4 pillows, dresser, table, ergonomic chair, black-out curtain, carpet and air-conditioning. The second bedroom has 2 pillows and 2 Montessori beds, 1 low and the other of standard height, (this one with drawers underneath) 1 wardrobe with mirror, auxiliary table, rug, ironing board, iron and air-conditioning; Note: All mattresses and pillows have protective covers. Uncovered laundry area with washing machine, sink, buckets, clotheslines, squeegees and brooms; The house also has 1 portable barbecue grill. In case you want to prepare a tasty barbecue.
