Stylish room with a balcony
Description
Enjoy a spacious, airy room with a private balcony and breathtaking mountain views in a shared apartment in a newly built house. It is furnished and features a fully equipped kitchen, along with two shared bathrooms. The location offers easy access to Salzburg, just 15 minutes by public transport to Salzburg Hauptbahnhof. While technically in Germany, the apartment is only 1 km from the Austrian border. Please note that this is a shared apartment with 2 more bedrooms. The space The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a residential building, primarily home to families and professionals. It’s centrally located in Freilassing, just a 7-minute walk from the S-Bahn and train station, with a bus stop only 2 minutes away. I’ve put a lot of care into furnishing the space, and you’ll notice a designer’s touch in every detail. The kitchen is fully equipped if you wish to cook during your stay. Guest access The apartment has two bathrooms—one with a shower and the other with a bathtub—so you’re welcome to use whichever you prefer. A secure bicycle shed and an underground parking garage are available. The apartment also features two balconies: one facing east, accessible from the bedroom, and another facing west, connected to the living room. During your stay I always enjoy meeting new people and am happy to chat or share tips about the area and local attractions. While I’m not a native local, I’ve explored the region extensively and can offer great recommendations. I have a passion for mountains, hiking, climbing, and cycling, so I can suggest plenty of ways to make the most of your time in Bavaria and Austria. I mostly work from home but am always available for a friendly conversation or to answer any questions you may have. Other things to note Longer-term stays with official contracts and registration (in Germany) are also possible, depending on availability. Unfortunately, staying with children is not possible.
