The space Approx 3 hours from the GTA The Lakeside Retreat is fully winterized and is updated top to bottom. It features Fantastic lake views from the living room, dining room and 2 of the bedrooms! Relax in the sunken living room with a large reclining leather sofa, wood stove and a 60 inch tv with satellite, Netflix and Crave! We have recently added 2 large decks that overlook the water, one of which is equipped with a bbq and patio set. We have also added a large deck with dock right on the water that receives generous amounts of sun. The property features a nice flat grassy area that is great for lawn games with a gentle slope & trail down to the water. Enjoy a camp fire at either of the two beautifully lit fire pits both overlooking the most stunning sunsets that you could ask for! This cottage is located right on the OFSC snowmobile trail as well as the ATV trails so come and take advantage of some of the best riding that Ontario has to offer! Guest access Guests will have access to the whole cottage including both patios, dock, bbq, both fire pits , paddle boat & kayak ! We also have 4 adult life jackets available for use. Other things to note For all the Winter enthusiasts this cottage has it all! This location is perfect for ice fishing , downhill skiing , cross country skiing & snowmobiling! The property has plenty of room for parking your trailers!
