Our small yet cozy 3 bedroom place offers central location in historic Doty Island neighborhood in Menasha and walking distance to Lake Winnebago. Our place is about 20 min. to Oshkosh, 12 minutes to Appleton and about 35 minutes to Greenbay . The space TAKE NOTE WE DO NOT HAVE A FULL KITCHEN - ONLY A MINI FRIDGE MICROWAVE AND A KEURIG FOR COFFEE -Bedroom 1 is ONLY AVAILABLE FOR TWO NIGHTS STAY - Bedroom 1 with FULL SIZE bed (1 or 2 guests ) and a sofá futon style for a child if needed . Bedroom 1 is only for guests staying two nights or more . take note bed size is FULL SIZE smaller than a Queen. room size 21 x8 -Bedroom 2 full bed for ( 1 or 2 guest )Room is average small take note fits only a FULL SIZE BED. room size 13 x 8 - Bedroom 3 (twin size bed (1 guest ) suggested more for a child All upstairs can accommodate up to 4 adult guest -28" smart TV in bedroom 1 and bedroom 2 -Mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker in bedroom 3 -Private bathroom -All rooms have AC window units You will have your own front entrance into our home upstairs. Other things to note The room with a small living room is only available for two nights rental and fits a full size bed room itself is average size. Single bed room is small also has the mini fridge and microwave in this room. Other room with a full size bed is smaller than room with a living room área.
