The space NO Pets please! This 2-story home has a great flow for relaxing and entertaining with family and friends! Walk into a gracious, 20-foot ceiling entryway that leads to an open floor plan family room, kitchen, and a second family room, all overlooking the water. From the kitchen, you have a beautiful view of the dock and water through a wall of glass patio doors. For your enjoyment, a hot tub and brand-new grill are also on the deck just steps down from the kitchen. Walking past the deck, steps lead down to the pier with direct water access to swim, kayak or boat (boat available, not provided). The home has 4 oversized bedrooms, 3 are en-suite with large bathrooms (a soaking tub and separate shower). Two bedrooms have king-sized beds and one has a queen-sized bed. The 4th bedroom has brand new bunk beds with 6 mattresses for 6 to 10 children. One of the bedrooms (queen bed) with the connecting full bathrooms is on the first floor and provides a nice option for those who don’t want stairs. The 3 additional bedrooms are upstairs (including the bunk bed room). The home gym is on the first floor. For your enjoyment, the house comes with 4 kayaks and 4 beach cruiser bikes. We also have a charging station for electric cars and 2 crab pots to catch crabs off the end of the pier. Guest access The entire home is yours to enjoy!
