On the first level you have a private entrance leading into a welcoming family room with a TV and dining table, a cozy bedroom featuring a queen-size bed and a laptop desk, and a full bathroom with modern fixtures. You will also have access to a lovely patio in the backyard.. The lower level is a finished basement offering additional living space with a sofa bed and an inflatable mattress for extra guests. It includes a fully equipped kitchenette with a double induction cooktop, cooking pans and utensils, microwave, toaster oven, full refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, blender, rice cooker, dishes, eating utensils, glasses, coffee cups, and sink, plus a television. A private laundry room with a washer and dryer is also available for your convenience. The suite is entirely private, separate by a locked door from the rest of the house. It offers high-speed Wi-Fi, two HD Smart TVs with Netflix, Max and Disney+, a dedicated laptop desk, private parking and is handicapped accessible. Enjoy the exquisite garden views and a serene atmosphere that makes your stay in Princeton truly exceptional. Guest access Entire first floor area of the house with private entrance, private bathroom and one bedroom with a queen size bed. Guests will also have access to the finished basement area that has a kitchenette and large screen TV, laundry room with washer and dryer, and additional sleeping space with sofa bed and inflatable mattress. Other things to note The rental suite is located in a private residential area. It is wheelchair accessible. We ask guests to be quiet from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. Absolutely no smoking allowed inside the house. Guests can leave bags before check-in time. Check-in is self-service via a secure digital lock at your private entrance; check-out instructions will be provided in advance for a smooth departure. Check-in and check-out time can possibly be modified as long as there are no guests coming in the same day. Please check with me to see if I can accommodate.
