Our farm is FAMILY-OWNED, on a plot of 6,000 m². Large trees, lawn, some fruit trees. Everything is clean, organized, quiet and safe. The main house has 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, is airy and cozy. The kitchen is very large and equipped. The view from the balcony is very beautiful. The house of the edicule has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 full bathroom, 1 small office, gourmet area, space for video games and laundry. Residential neighborhood, very wooded and quiet. The space MAIN HOUSE: - Living room with 32" smart TV, with Globoplay, YouTube and other apps. - Dining room, - Large kitchen with two counters - Pantry - Large balcony with two sets of sofas, tables, chairs and hammocks, refrigerator, mobile barbecue. Access to the pool. - Bedroom 01: 01 double bed and 01 single bed = 3 guests - Bedroom 02: 1 full bed and 1 single bed = 3 guests - Suite 03: 1 full bed = 2 guests - Suite 04: 01 double bed = 2 guests - Suite 05: 1 queen-size bed and 1 single bed = 3 guests AEDICULE: - Bedroom with 2 single beds = 2 guests. The two mattresses of these beds can be taken to the preferred location in the Main House. You can request this in advance. - Full bathroom - Small office - Laundry - GOURMET AREA IN THE EDICULE with: masonry barbecue grill - table with chairs - couch - TV only for video games, it is not smart and has no channels. There are fans in all bedrooms and living room. In the small house, there is 1 fan. All are portable. Total of 15 guests. Guest access Access to the entire green area (6,000 m²) and orchard of the farm, except the caretaker's house and workshop. Other things to note We have 2 bathrooms where the toilet is inside the shower stall. But it's all right. There are two buildings side by side: the main house and the small house. Check out the photos of a simplified sketch of the floor plan. The reservation fee is for up to 13 guests in the main house. There are 5 full beds and 3 twin beds. If you want to take 2 more guests, we have a room with 2 single beds inside the annex. We have a pet dog, very gentle, so don't worry. The voltage is 110v. The pool is 1.20 meters deep. We ask guests to bring bed linens, bath towels and blankets. If this is not possible, we can arrange it, but there is an additional charge per bedding set used, as follows: - double bed 35.00 - single bed 25.00 because of the laundry. in cases where you want to supply bed and bath sets, the clean sets and towels will be available on top of the beds, that is, the beds will not be previously made. We have 2 bathrooms in which the showers cannot be used simultaneously, otherwise the circuit breaker will trip, and you may be left with cold water. The TV in the edicule is only for video games; it is not smart and has no channels. The TV in the living room has Globoplay, YouTube and other apps.
