The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, closet, sofa, dining table, comfortable brand-new med orthopedic queen size mattress. Not too soft, not too hard something in between. The unit also has a center air-condition unit, and 52” TV with cable channels. Guest access The building has 24- hour security, private pool, and gym. Laundry room facilities are located on the 2nd floor with coin operated washers and dryers. Internet access is available in the apartment. The lobby and pool have Wi-fi access as well need to ask the security guard for the code. BUILDING PARKING SPACE -Flat Fee, up to a week upon request. Building, Safe underground parking in assigned space only for renters. It's a underground parking space meaning the parking spaces are a bit tight, so larger vehicles may be challenging to park. You can also park on the street. There are few parking spots around the neighborhood you can park for $20.00 the night. These are other option. Uber is another way to go. Actually, Uber is even more popular now because it is safe and less expensive. Compared with a rental car (insurance, gas etc.) or taxi , you would spend a lot less.
