Rustic 1950’s studio with hardwood floors, large windows, and natural sunlight. Recently updated, this fully private space features stylish décor and a lush queen bed for restful sleep. The open layout combines comfort and function — perfect after exploring Austin. Just 5 minutes to Downtown, Moody Center & UT Stadium, with free on-site parking. The space Rustic 1950's studio with hardwood floors, large windows, and natural sunlight. ~Inside of the unit~ The kitchen comes with everything you may need to cook a meal or enjoy a warm cup of coffee/tea. We provide plates/bowls, drink ware, non -stick pots/pans, cooking utensils, oil + salt/pepper, and a 2-way coffee maker. We also provide ground coffee, tea, and a BRITA water pitcher set up in the fridge. **There is a first aid kit and extra sponges/trash bags/paper towels located below the kitchen sink** The bathroom comes with shampoo/conditioner and body wash & a full-bath (tub). We gladly provide basic essentials like bath-towels, linens, toilet paper, body lotion, and a hairdryer.(NO washcloths provided, bring from home if need be). In the closet: Iron and Board + Velvet Hangers When you arrive at our studio, you’ll find recent upgrades, a fully private space with beautiful floors, stylish décor, and a lush queen bed for a restful night’s sleep. The open layout combines comfort and function, perfect for relaxing after exploring Austin. Guest access Entire unit, self check-in via code + keypad (flexible check-in times welcome) Other things to note -We don't provide washcloths -Place is small but efficient and has a perfect location for anyone who wants to be close to everything (2-3 people max) -Have FUN but be nice on the noise. This is not a party place.
