Lovely large double bedroom with bed, TV, and private bathroom. Strong Wi-Fi. Gorgeous garden. A lovely equipped kitchen/ dining area, which you can access. 1 space for a car on the drive for Airbnb guests. Links to Birmingham city centre and Sutton Coldfield via train and bus. Easy M6 access. A short walk to lovely boldmere high street with bars and restaurants. 2 lovely and quiet independent cats reside here with me and my toddler. Cats do not go into bedrooms. The space A large bedroom with storage, TV and desk is available for the guest. Sole use of the main bathroom and access to kitchen and garden. Guest access Most facilities when I do not require occasional sole use. Personally I have a separate lounge space where I relax with my little one that is Airbnb guest free. You can access the living area / kitchen as well as bathrooms, garden and of course your bedroom. For guests who stay a week or longer, you can use the washing machine once per week, and a clothes drying rack for drying.
