This tranquil 2 bedroom (1 double, 2 singles that can also combine into a double), 2 bath is nestled between cliffs and olive groves and sleeps up to 4. A retreat for romantic getaways, The space Watch yachts and fishing boats glide across the Tyrrhenian Sea as you enjoy morning coffee from our large sun terraces. The Villa offers charm and comfort with AC, 2 well equipped kitchens, 2.5 bathrooms, a washing machine, and sun terraces with loungers and an outdoor shower. Bedroom 1 is a large double with access to a kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning, sun blocking shutters and outdoor furniture. Bedroom 2 is a large studio with two singles, lounge seating, a kitchenette and bathroom, air conditioning, sun blocking shutters, outdoor lounge and dining furniture and sun terrace with additional outdoor shower. A hallway offers a large built in closet for guest storage. The area around Villa Rispoli boasts lovely, peaceful paths through mountains, forests, and caves or down towards remote beaches. You'll encounter beautiful palazzos, gardens, and dramatic sea views, perfect for reading or meditation. Guest access USE THE WHOLE PLACE The front and back terraces come with loungers, dining table and seating . The back terrace has a small gate that leads to our aunt and uncle's flats below. This is kept closed for privacy. Sometimes their VERY FRIENDLY dogs will peak their heads up in the hope of a head scratch. ELEVATOR ACCESS AND PARKING The new town elevator is a rare and luxurious feature in Positano, offering exceptional convenience for our guests. The ground floor, located on the main Amalfi coastal road at Parcheggio Liparlati, provides public parking—a rarity in Positano—and also serves as a local bus stop. From there, guests can take the elevator directly to the top, which is just steps from our property and key wedding venues, making arrival effortless. Perfect for those renting a car, this €1-per-person elevator eliminates the hassle of navigating Positano’s steep terrain while offering stunning views. Alternatively, guests can enjoy a scenic 10-minute walk along the charming stepped path into town. ACCESSIBLITY Positano is a town of stepped paths. It’s not ideal for young children or those with mobility issues. Other things to note There’s parking close by. The elevator goes between Parcheggio Liparlati car park on the main Coastal road to Via Stefan Andres foot path where our property is. The bottom elevator stop also serves as a bus stop.
