PARKING IS NOT FREE. This is a loft style apartment where the lofted bedroom is separate but not entirely sealed off from the living space. There is a short flight of steps at the main entrance but an elevator will be available to reach the 2nd floor where this unit is located. Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. While traditional cable TV is not included in your stay, we do provide Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to use these services with your own login and enjoy! Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: If you would like to either check-in early or check-out late, please reach out to us at least 24 hours beforehand and we will do our best to accommodate your request and coordinate with our cleaning crew. We charge a fee of $30/hour (up to 2 hours early/late) for this option. Available when needed. Free street parking on the weekend you just need to pay close attention to the signs as they are accurate with the city's parking ordinances. If a sports event, concert, or popular convention meeting is happening during your stay parking can be upwards of $50+. The most convenient place to park is to the right of the building in the parking lot. Cost is $22/night (normally, but varies often). Parking costs will increase for special events in downtown. There are parking lots and garages in the Warehouse District downtown. Check the signs on the street if you park there! In summary, parking is at the discretion of each guest.
