From the living room you enter the double bedroom and the shower room. Above the kitchen is a sunny roof terrace. Guest access The apartment is on the right side of Casa Luca, a large holiday home with 2 independent apartments. The apartment is completely independent from the other part of the house, access is via the large terrace. The left part of the house is reached via a different entrance. Privacy is not compromised.
