This is one of the few fully walkable beach communities around. You have 9 private walkovers to the beach that is a private deeded beach for only folks that stay in the community of Rosemary. Upon booking, when you arrive at the property you will receive cards for the beach and pool access. The Flat is across from St. Augustine park. This is a kid favorite park where you will see people playing Bocce, Football and playing in the splash park. There are lots of weddings hosted here and they even have a church service on the lawn on Sundays. You have amazing Restaurants 1/2 a block and a 5 mins stroll to 9 available beach walkovers. The sand is sugary and the Ocean is a clear and beautiful. 4 community heated pools. We truly want your stay to be hassle free, Vitamin sea also has a pack and play and high chair should you need it. Several include playgrounds, on the northwest corner at West Kingston, you will find the butterfly garden and koi pond. The flat is overlooking St. Augustine park. This is a beautiful tree lined park that is a guest favorite. We also include 2 bikes and beach towels. Coquina Pool: Near the beach, it's an infinity edge pool presided over by triangular stucco building which includes men's and women's changing rooms. Open daily from 9am to 9pm. Sky Pool: Indoor pool with a retractable roof. The pool deck features radiant heating for the winter months and three swim lanes. Open daily from 6am to 10pm. Adult only hours are 6am-9am & 8pm-10pm. Barbados Pool: Outdoor Pool immediately recognizable by its copper roof and fountain, located on the south west section of Rosemary Beach and features a small children's pool. Open Daily from 9am to 9pm. Cabana Pool: Outdoor pool with Mediterranean design, cabana style dressing rooms and a separate children's pool. A playground for kids adjoins it. Open Daily from 9am to 9pm. 2 bikes are included with your reservation. If you bring your car, we do have street parking and space for one car in the parking lot behind the property. 2 Bikes included with your Stay. We also include beach towels.
