The space THINGS TO NOTE ABOUT THE SPACE AND NEIGHBORHOOD 🏠 Located on the upper floor of a family home: (Will need to climb stairs) The unit you'll be staying in is located on the upper floor of a family residence. Our downstairs neighbors are kind and respectful, and we ask that guests return the same courtesy- especially during quiet hours (11:00 PM - 7 AM) 🚆 Traffic Note: You may hear passing trains during the day or evening, as our home is close to an active railway line. Many of our guests find the sound minimal or atmospheric, but earplugs are available in the unit for light sleepers. 😃💬 Inclusive Community Note: We live in a friendly, family filled neighborhood, and one of our neighbors is a child with autism. You may occasionally hear joyful or expressive sounds as they play and communicate. You may notice small areas that reflect this ongoing work, but everything is clean, functional, and maintained for a bit comfortable stay. • This home is located on the top floor of a two-unit residential building. • As with many traditional Saint John homes, you may occasionally hear normal day-to-day sounds from the neighboring unit. • Quiet hours are from 11 PM – 7 AM to respect neighbors. • Registered guests only. No parties or events. • The booking guest must be staying at the property (no unauthorized third-party bookings). • Free parking is available on site. • During winter months, weather conditions in Saint John can change quickly, so appropriate footwear is recommended when snow or ice is present. • Our home is best suited for guests who appreciate a quiet, well-cared-for space and treat it with the same respect they would their own.
