The space 🌴 Island Vacation Home with Mountain View & Backyard Stream Welcome to Camistays Anito, your private island getaway in Mambajao, Camiguin, a peaceful 4-bedroom home surrounded by lush greenery, with a relaxing stream flowing at the back and a beautiful mountain view on the side. Ideal for families, barkadas, and group travelers, this fully fenced property offers a serene, nature-inspired escape right in the heart of the island. Unwind in comfort with two full bathrooms with hot showers, plus an outdoor toilet and shower for convenience after beach or hiking trips. Each room provides fresh towels, comfy bedding, and floor mattresses to accommodate up to 16 guests. Room Details: • Room 1 – 1 Queen Bed + Floor Mattress (2-4 guests) • Room 2 – 1 Double Bed + Floor Mattress (2-4 guests) • Room 3 – 1 Double Bed + Floor Mattress (2-4 guests) • Room 4 – 1 Single Bed + Floor Mattress (2-4 guests) The living room features a 55” Smart TV with Netflix and other streaming apps, while free Wi-Fi keeps you connected throughout your stay. Cook your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, kettle, cookware, and 2-burner gas stove. A washing machine is also available for guest use. Step outside to enjoy the spacious garden, pergola, and bonfire area — perfect for outdoor dining, grilling, or relaxing under the stars. The fenced backyard offers privacy and direct access to a natural stream, giving you that perfect blend of comfort and island adventure. Located centrally in Camiguin, you’re just a short drive away from waterfalls, restaurants, and top island attractions. Whether you’re here to explore or simply unwind, Camistays Anito is the perfect home base for your island escape. Guest access Guests will have complete access to all areas on the property. There is parking space on our driveway. Other things to note Know Before You Go: Guest Policy All guests staying in the house must be declared before check-in. For everyone’s safety and comfort, no outside visitors are allowed. Anyone entering the property will be counted toward the total guest limit. If you wish to invite additional guests, please inform us in advance for approval. Unauthorized gatherings, parties, or exceeding the occupancy limit may result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of your deposit (if applicable). Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. House Rules 🚭 No smoking or vaping inside the house. You may use designated outdoor areas if available. 🤫 Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM. You’re welcome to use the outdoor amenities quietly until 12 midnight. 🌿 Garden maintenance is scheduled weekly. Please allow access to the gardener when needed. 🦟 Mosquito reminder: As the property is surrounded by trees, mosquitoes are common outdoors. Kindly keep doors closed and consider using mosquito repellent when spending time outside.
