Upstairs of a Barn Conversion

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish newly converted Barn. Situated in the quaint town of North Tawton in Mid Devon on the Tarka Trail & at the foot of Dartmoor surrounded by Traditional Devon Villages packed full of local traders & local produce. We also have an Ice cream & coffee shop on site which will be available for guests with an option of breakfast on Sundays & Mondays. The Town offers three pubs, and a cafe with another pub just a short walk away, plus a well stocked Spar. The space The Barn has a double bedroom & in the open plan lounge with very comfortable off the floor style double sofa bed & a single sofa bed. The kitchen has a fridge freezer & cooking facilities for simple meals. The bathroom has a walk in shower. The space also provides plenty of storage & wall homes so you can unpack, feel at home and enjoy the space. Guest access The is space under the barn for buggies & bikes that will be both safe & dry. Plenty of off street parking & also a free car park adjacent to the property. Other things to note There are steps to access the accommodation, we ask guests not to access the garden area, there is a large free council car park directly next door to us that is very rarely full but in the unlikely event the car park is full please contact me and parking in our yard can be arranged.
