Very quiet location due to the surrounding block perimeter development, the house is located in a rear courtyard and is surrounded by greenery. Guest access Our house is a rear building and can only be reached via a garage door that is visible on the street. The garage door must be opened, then you can see the house. This also makes it very quiet in the backyard, as the gate is usually closed. We kindly ask guests to read the arrival guide carefully upon arrival. It describes in detail how to get to this gate and how to open it. We are usually at home when guests arrive. If we are not there, access is via the key safe. During your stay Sometimes we are on the go, sometimes at home. But we are always available via Airbnb, happy to answer any questions and help when necessary. When we are at home, we are also happy if guests come up to the top floor for questions. Often questions can be answered more quickly through personal contact. Other things to note Public transport: Optimal connection to the trade fair, airport and central station via subway. Three minutes' walk to the subway, 15 minutes' walk to downtown. Local shops/restaurants: Good local shops with bakery and supermarket nearby, as well as some excellent restaurants such as Italian, Vietnamese cuisine, Spanish tapas or a Turkish snack. Right next door is also a great breakfast restaurant, the "Sundays". This restaurant has been awarded the best breakfast restaurant in Nuremberg. Reservation is absolutely necessary. Parking: The house has several private parking spaces. Free covered parking is available for you. Kitchen: Unfortunately, we have had bad experiences with the use of our kitchen. However, our kitchen can be used for the preparation of smaller dishes or the microwave by prior arrangement. Just ask, coordinate with us and then we will find a solution for sure. Bedroom 1: A second room is on the ground floor (bedroom 1). This other room can be booked separately via another listing.
