If you've never been to Whangapoua or are a regular visitor, our cabin is an ideal spot to experience all the attractions of this Coromandel beachside town. The cabin is located only 100 meters from the beautiful white sand Whangapoua beach, and 600 meters from the renowned New Chums Beach, which has been voted one of the top 10 beaches in the world The space Our cabin, just a one minute walk to the beach, is the ideal spot to relax, chill out and make the most of Whangapoua. You will be welcomed with a chilled bottle of wine in the fridge :) The cozy cabin provides accommodations for four guests, with a double bunk (double bed on the bottom, single bed on the top) and a single bunk (single bed on the bottom, single bed on the top). A few important points to note: * This listing is only for the guest cabin shown on the left. If you wish to book the additional cabin on the right (which can accommodate up to 5 people), please inquire further (extra cost applies) * Blankets and pillows are provided, but please bring your own sheets and towels. Linen is available to rent for an additional charge of $40 per cabin for the duration of your stay. * The cabin does not have a toilet, but there is a bathroom with hot shower, toilet and washing machine 20 steps from the cabin * The deck has a roomy fridge to store food and drinks, plus a Weber BBQ and a picnic table for dining. * There is a large main room with stove, dishwasher, couches and table for you to prepare meals and hang out in * You don't have to share any of the amenities, they are all yours. Important to note: As with any beach property, it's not uncommon to find a bit of sand or the occasional beachcombing bug making their way inside. We've taken measures to minimise this, but please be aware that the allure of the beach may come with a few natural elements. To make your stay more comfortable, we provide cleaning supplies and a Dyson vacuum and we encourage you to enjoy the beach and shake off sandy shoes outside. Our cozy cabin offers a unique coastal experience, and we appreciate your understanding of the small trade-offs that come with it. Guest access A few quail families meander through the property, nesting in the nearby totara trees, which are home to tuis, wood pigeons, and other native birds. Also, neighbouring properties regularly host peacocks (you can hear them singing). The zipline in front of the cabin offers hours of amusement for both children and adults alike! Relax on the deck with a cold drink, or share a meal on the picnic table under the stars. Stretch out and enjoy the large section for yourself!
