Apartment located under a terrace, ideal for resting during your beach days. This spacious and comfortable space has all the necessary amenities to enjoy an excellent stay. In addition, it is located just a 5-minute walk from the beach shore. Note: The apartment does NOT include a terrace or balcony, but offers a beautiful view of the bay from the master bedroom. The space Spacious and comfortable apartment for people, it has a television in the living room and in the master bedroom, the second bedroom has two bunk beds. It is located in the heart of Cerro de Guanaqueros, just a 5-minute walk from the beach to the pier, entertainment and restaurants. Guest access Access is via stairs (50 steps), not recommended for people with reduced mobility. The apartment's access is shared with the other guests in the other apartments. Other things to note I do not have parking, only on the street, Avenida Costanera. I repeat that the access has many steps.
