Seaside is a stunning, recently renovated cottage perched on the edge of the Damariscotta River. It offers breathtaking panoramic views throughout. The cottage has loads of Maine coastal character and an incredible primary suite with an en-suite bathroom. The space There is an incredible primary suite on the 2nd floor with huge picture windows and an en-suite bath. There are 2 more bedrooms and a full bath on the main floor, each with a full size bed. The large open living area has a beautiful new kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless stove/oven. There is a great covered balcony and an outdoor sitting area right on water's edge Guest access Guests must walk about 65 yards down about 40 stairs to access the cottage. It is not suitable for anyone with limited mobility. Other things to note Please note that all guests must sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking Please note that getting to the property requires a walk of about 65 yards down about 40 stairs. Due to the cliff-side setting, this cottage may not be suitable for young children. There is no water access from the property. Please note that there is no A/C and no washer/dryer.
