Cosy Hideaway in the South Downs National Park

Located in the heart of the South Downs National Park, our beautiful, refurbished annexe is the perfect place to relax and unwind. With its own separate entrance and parking, your South Downs retreat is tastefully furnished with everything you could possibly need during your stay. Highlights include the roll top bath, log burning stove, private patio, and use of the outdoor hydrotherapy Jacuzzi located within our stunning 1-acre garden. The space The annexe comprises of a large open plan sitting room/kitchen, bathroom and bedroom (high thread count cotton bedding). If there are more than two guests, the sofa in the living room converts into an extremely comfortable sofa bed (also with high thread count cotton linen). The main living area has a log burning stove, a super-comfortable sofa-bed, a dining room table, 4k TV (Netflix, Sky, Prime TV all included) fully equipped kitchen including an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave and wine cooler. The bathroom is a haven of relaxation with a roll-top Victorian bath and hand shower. Outside you will find a private covered patio area, with access to our wonderful garden which you are free to explore and enjoy at your leisure. The Jacuzzi is available for your private use, please let us know if you would like to use it during your stay. Guest access Our guests have their own private driveway with parking for two cars. You will have private use of the main back garden during your stay which includes the hot tub, bbq, sun loungers and covered patio. Other things to note As dog owners, we do welcome your dog so long as it is friendly please! We have included a small additional charge for cleaning. We would however ask kindly that you do not allow your dog into the bedroom, or onto the sofa. We have in the past had our white bedlinen stained with four legged muddy footprints! Sadly we have been unable to remove the stains and have had to replace bedding. So we do now charge for dog foot print stained bedding. This is a very strict non-smoking/vaping property.
