River Breeze Norfolk Broads

Renovated and refurbed March 2023. River Breeze is tucked in a small quiet marina just off the main river Yare. Its’ quiet and tranquil location is perfect to get into the quieter waters with your own boat, kayak or paddle board from our slipway on the marina and you can moor directly outside! Fishing is possible from the garden. Boat and canoe hire is available locally – pre booking is advised. A great place for relaxing and watching the wildlife and boats go by at the top of the marina. The space Lodge Amenities Bedrooms Bedroom 1 – Double bed Bedroom 2 – Double bed Bedroom 3 – 2 single beds Bed linen provided. Bathrooms Bathroom with a shower cubicle, toilet and hand basin. Separate toilet. Hand and bath towels provided for number of guests staying. Starter toilet roll provided. Open Plan Kitchen / Diner / Lounge Fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, dining and cooking essentials, dishwasher & washing machine. Tea towels, J cloth, sponge, washing up liquid, antibacterial surface spray, hand wash, dishwasher tablets and a starter kitchen roll is provided. Lounge with Smart TV and Dining area seating 6 guests. The double French doors lead out to the veranda with dining furniture and steps down to the garden with picnic table and the waters’ edge. Mooring and Parking Private quay headed mooring. Please advise if you are bringing a boat and need use of the slipway. Private Parking x 2 car – additional parking is available in the main car park free of charge to guests – please request. Dog Friendly Our lodges are dog friendly, we charge £30 per pet. Please add 2nd dog by contacting us directly. Guest access Whole property and outside enclosed space. Access to river water from unfenced decking. Quay headed mooring for your own or hired boat. Other things to note Electric and WiFi included. Cot and highchair - Please request. Fishing bait fridge & 4 sun loungers. Fishing permitted in open season only. Rod license is required. Please note that there is unfenced deep water at the end of the garden.
