Settle into your very own private, rustic wagon compound, featuring two charming old hay wagons as bedrooms. The purpose-built hay barn offers a cozy fireplace lounge, a wood-fired hot tub, a grill and bar area, and a firepit for relaxing evenings under the stars. For your comfort, there’s a double shower, a pot wash, and a fully plumbed toilet. Message us on Airbnb if you are a couple only wanting to use one wagon. We are able to reduce the cleaning fee. The space Coach Road Wagons offers a truly unique holiday experience, nestled in a fantastic location close to Bournemouth and Poole's award-winning beaches, as well as Dorset’s iconic Jurassic Coast. The Wagons (Shepherd's Huts) – Two charming, converted old hay wagons serve as double bedrooms. Each wagon is furnished with a cosy king-size bed, a closet, and tea/coffee making facilities. One of the wagons also features bunk beds, offering space for an additional two guests. The Bathroom – A well-appointed space featuring a shower, toilet, a butler sink for pot washing, and an additional basin for brushing teeth and washing up. The Hay Barn – The barn is thoughtfully divided into three areas: The Lounge – A cosy space with armchairs around a stone fireplace, perfect for unwinding and enjoying board games on those cooler evenings. The Hot Tub Area – A relaxing 6-person, wood-fired hot tub with views over the compound and surrounding trees. The BBQ and Bar Area – Fully equipped with a pizza oven, gas oven and hob, a workstation, a bar, and a dining table for six, ideal for al fresco meals and socialising. The Open Fire Pit Area – Gather around the open fire, toast marshmallows, and enjoy the night sky under the stars. With its rustic charm and thoughtful design, Coach Road Wagons promises a memorable retreat for those seeking a unique getaway. Guest access The entire compound will be exclusively yours for the duration of your stay. It offers complete privacy, fully fenced off from the outside world. The area is securely contained, ensuring that your furry friends can't escape. . Other things to note You will be provided with enough firewood for a fire in each of the designated areas. If you're staying longer than one night, you may wish to bring additional firewood with you to ensure you have enough for your entire stay. Around 90% of the compound has been hand-built using reclaimed materials from churches, Victorian and Edwardian homes, with all the timber sourced from our own on-site woodland.
