Large ensuite double bedroom near city center

This bright spacious house is situated within walking distance of the city centre in Northstrand/Fairview. We are approximately a 20 minute drive from the airport and a 4 minute drive from Connelly Rail Station. There is a main bus route located right by the house making it very easy to get around. You can get to the city centre in 10 minutes by bus or 20/25 minutes by walking. The 3 arena and Croke Park are just around the corner. The space The room has a large double bed and has it's own bathroom and shower with instant hot water and central heating. There is a whole house water filtration system so water from the taps is drinkable and water in the shower is also filtered. Guest access You are welcome to use the kitchen and dining area in the morning, this is a communal area shared with Simon and Khongoro who live in the house permanently, so please leave the kitchen as you found it.There is a back garden. Great fast WIFI. During your stay I will be available by phone and email throughout your stay if you want to ask any questions Other things to note LGBTQ+ friendly! If your dates aren't available please do get in touch, it's quite possible I can change that. The neighbours cat does come in from time to time in case you have an allergy to cats this may not be the best option for you. She doesn't go upstairs to the bedrooms. Do let me know if the cat is an issue, I can make sure to not let her in during your stay.
