You can look forward to lounging in your home's airy open living area, allow natural sunlight pour in throughout due to floor-to-ceiling height windows; fully equipped kitchen- essential items like cutlery, crockery and kitchenware, coffee maker come supplied with the suite. For your viewing pleasure, enjoy watching one of our 50" Smart TVs with access to Netflix and speedy Fiber broadband internet connection. Apart from this, we have two large bedrooms with immense amounts of wardrobe storage space. The master bedroom features a king size bed while the second bedroom has a comfortable double size one with outside pull out beds ideal for visitors or teenage guests. To keep things fresh year round, the entire room is setup with 3 split type AC units running quietly at all times. And if that weren't already enough, you'll find both bathrooms also feature cold or hot water supply to provide a truly superior bathing experience! Note: As of Feb 2025, brand new water heater was installed; newly replaced grease trap in the kitchen Guest access Guests will be privy to first class amenities throughout their stay at our condo.
