For those seeking a cultural experience, the Huntington library and LA Arboretum are a quick ride down the road. This home is centrally located to most Los Angeles based events The space This craftsmen era bungalow with 2 bedrooms and 2 outdoor areas has been updated with new floors and fresh paint. Although the space is not huge, it’s big on character. The dining area and bedroom with king bed open to the side patio. The living and dining give you the open concept feel. The separate outdoor spaces allow privacy and space when desired. We are also blessed to have a few handmade tiles by the late and great Ernest Batchelder built into the mantel. Guest access As a guest you have full access to the rear house and right side of the parking space. Other things to note Trash days are on Mondays. Please bring down the containers either Sunday evening or Monday morning. The black containers are for trash. The blue are for recyclable items. The green is for the gardener who comes every other week. As a reminder there is a dedicated parking space on the far right of the parking area. The left side is designated for the front home. It is ok to park on the right side of the home if you are charging your ev. Please bring your charging equipment as we have a NEMA 14-50 outlet for stage 2 charging.
